"I received a job offer from eMundus and I became part of their team"

Role:  European Project Manager

I attended the 9th edition of the Master in European Project Planning and Management in 2020-2021. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the course and the internship were held totally online, but thanks to the competent teachers and the very motivated people I met, I managed to live a great and fruitful experience, both from a personal and professional point of view.

During the internship, I put into practice what I learned during the Master course, broadening my understanding of the European funds and in particular of the Erasmus+ programme. During the internship at eMundus in Lithuania, I gained experience in managing, thinking about and writing projects. In fact, I made a hands-on experience in managing project at different stages of their life, for example contributing to the financial management, quality management, dissemination, etc.

At the same time, I had the chance to start thinking about a project idea with my colleagues and to actively participate in developing it. The satisfaction of seeing a project take shape was priceless. From a personal point of view, the internship made me improve some personal skills, such as the time management skills and above all the problem-solving skills.

The Master course and the internship were a decisive moment in my life. At the end of the internship, the eMundus team and I realized that we weren't ready to part ways and, after receiving a job offer from them, I became part of their team.
