This three-month internship at KTU and eMundus was an incredibly enriching experience that allowed me to directly apply the theoretical knowledge gained during the Master's programme into practice. From day one, I was welcomed into a collaborative environment and actively involved in writing application forms—such as for Erasmus+—and managing project documentation.
The journey offered a perfect crescendo of responsibilities. I contributed to the drafting and revision of complex project proposals, including the "Project Charter" proposal, and supported the administrative management of ongoing initiatives. A major highlight was assisting in the preparation and management of the international ICareAlumni2026 conference, which strengthened my ability to work under pressure and coordinate tasks effectively.
Working in such a multicultural setting enhanced my analytical, organizational, and professional writing skills, teaching me to work both independently and as a team. This experience has laid a solid foundation for my future in international cooperation, and I highly recommend it!
