The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung has been carrying out EU funded projects and actively participating in European programmes in the fields of democracy promotion, governance, and development cooperation since 1990. Amongst its clients, there are several national and local parliaments and governments, political parties, Universities and research institutes, civil society organisations, media companies, employers’ associations and trade unions all around the world. This international partnership allows Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung to contribute to drafting strategies, participate in Erasmus+ - Capacity Building call for proposals, lead political dialogue and organize exchange programmes. The 80 field offices throughout the world act as central service and information centres. Testimonials on the Internship

The practical experience during the internship refined the theoretical aspects of the Master course. After the internship, I asked the hosting institution for an extension, which was agreed in the form of part-time employment for the 5 months. In this period, I have been working in the budgeting of EU-funded projects and I have been responsible for the visibility of the EU-funded projects. Then, I positively applied for the full-time position of financial administrator within my hosting institution. All team members command a multicultural competence through many years’ experience in international field. The practical focus of the internship was very welcome. During the internship, I attended a workshop on EU-applications and training in internal software.
