• I am aware that the participation fees are:
  - 3 800 Euro for onsite participation
  - 2 900 Euro for online participation
• Should my application be accepted, I commit to paying the participation fee in two instalments. The first instalment (50% of the total fee) must be paid within one week of the acceptance of my application. The second instalment (50% of the full fee) is due one month after the first payment. For asynchronous attendance, the full fee must be paid prior to the start of the program. In case enrolment is made after 30 July, the full fee must be paid in a single instalment.
• I understand that if I enrol as an onsite student, and the minimum of 10 onsite participants is not reached by the end of July, I will be transferred to the online program. In this case, I will be refunded the difference between the onsite and online fees.
• I acknowledge the Cancellation Policy. To receive an 80% refund, cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the program start date. For a 40% refund, cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to the program start date. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 15 days before the start of the program. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.
• I hereby authorise Pixel to collect, store, process, and publish my personal data in relation to the organisation of the Master's program. I understand that my data will be handled in compliance with current Italian legislation by authorised staff responsible for organising and delivering the program. The Data Protection Policy document is available on the Pixel website.
