"I have a three-year contract as European project designer and manager."

Role: Project Designer and Manager

I attended the 6th edition of the International Master “European Project Planning and Management”.

In December 2017, at the end of the classes, I moved to Liège for my 3-month internship at Inforef. The experience has been intense and incredibly enriching.
I had the chance to support the drafting of 3 Erasmus projects and to assist the project managers in the coordination of other 3 financed projects.

During my stay at Inforef I put into practice all the knowledge acquired during the Master and my colleagues treated me as an integral part of the team, giving me responsibilities and asking for my opinion and contribution in the project drafting phase.
I have also participated to an Info Day in Brussels, to an international meeting in Poland and I gave a presentation at a university of Liège for the dissemination of an Erasmus project results.

I also had the opportunity to develop an Erasmus Sport project targeting visual impaired people, in partnership with an organization hosting a Pixel colleague in Sofia (Zinevart). The project has not been financed but it was a good training and it gave us the chance to work in complete autonomy.

After my 3-month internship at Inforef in Belgium, where I gained experience in Erasmus project design and management, I have done a 6-month internship in Rome at SMe System S.r.l, where I have improved my competences in project design and writing, especially in needs analysis, project context building and logical framework.

Only one month after the second internship, I have found a job at Prodos Consulting S.r.l, a consulting agency dealing with European projects and funds, especially in the education and social sector.

I currently work here as project designer and manager and I am also responsible for our e-learning platform on European funds (I have a 3-year apprenticeship contract).
