European Project preparing to new environment challenges

The Second Transnational Meeting

Pixel organized and coordinated the second meeting of the European project entitled Anthropocene – Homo Data in the Anthropocene Era, which took place on 2 April 2020 making use of the ZOOM platform. The European project entitled Anthropocene was funded by the European Commission in the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, KA2 - Strategic Partnerships for School Education. The Anthropocene project has been written and coordinated by Pixel in cooperation with the project applicant and scientific coordinator RENASUP based in Paris (France). The aim of the Anthropocene is to help prepare young people to the new environment (economic and digital acceleration) allowing them to study how political, societal and educational spheres address these challenges and to raise awareness in the educational sector. The meeting focused on the finalization of the national and transnational reports analyzing how the school systems of the countries involved address environmental and digital acceleration issues. During the meeting Inforef presented the structure of the Online Portal of the project and project partners shared their ideas about the creation of the Teachers’ e-learning platform and Teachers Toolkit.
