European Project enhancing skills in STEM subjects through Arts and Mini-Games

Third Transnational Meeting

Pixel participated in the third meeting of the European project entitled G.A. STEM - Enhancing STEM skills through arts and mini-games, which was held on 06 – 07 November 2019 at Sint-Lievenscollege in Ghent (Belgium). The European project entitled G.A. STEM was funded by the European Commission in the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, KA2 - Strategic Partnership in the field of School Education. The European project was written and coordinated by University of Turku based in Turku (Finland) and involves Pixel in the transnational partnership. The G.A. STEM aims at improving motivation in scientific study through the use of “Art-works” as supporter in student creativity development and more awareness of their applications in everyday life. During the third meeting, the European project partners finalized the second deliverable, the ART and Mini-Games Course, available at the following link: https://gastem.pixel-online.org/art-and-mini-games-course.php. In addition, the European project partners started discussing the organization of the third deliverable to be produced, the piloting phase of the training course addressed to 60 teachers involved in the 4 partners’ countries.
