European Project ensuring Early Childhood Services in Palestine

Final Transnational Meeting

Pixel organized and coordinated the last transnational meeting of the European project entitled CARE - Enhancing Early Childhood Education and Care in Palestine, which took place on 9 – 10 January 2025 at Pixel premised in Florence (Italy). The European project entitled CARE was funded by the Erasmus+ Programme, Capacity Building in Higher Education. The CARE project was written and coordinated by Al-Quds Open University based in Ramallah (Palestine) with the support of Pixel, which is involved in the transnational partnership. The CARE project aims at ensuring sustainable delivery of early childhood services in Palestine through government’s commitment and strengthened partnership with universities, families and relevant institutions. During the meeting, partners discussed about the final version of the project’ results, with a specific focus on the development of two Professional Diploma Degrees, one for the in-service nursery staff and one for the future kindergarten teachers.
