European Project supporting Environmental Sustainability at School
The Final Transnational Meeting
Pixel organized and coordinated the final meeting of the European project entitled Go Green! Transdisciplinary Approaches to Teaching Environmental Sustainability at School which was held online on 13 November 2024. The European project entitled GoGreen! was funded by the European Commission in the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, Cooperation partnerships in school education. The GoGreen! project was written and coordinated by the project applicant IIS Galileo Galilei (Italy) in cooperation with Pixel, also supporting the coordination of the planning process. The GoGreen! project aims at redefining disciplinary programs and educational methods through cooperation between the different institutions of education and providing theoretical-methodological schemes which are innovative and closer to the analyzed realities as well as virtuous models of action which will enhance environmental issues. During the final meeting, the European project partners presented the report on the consistency of the lesson plans with the school system, the results of the testing activities related to the National Syllabi, and the carried out or planned multiplier events.
