European Project promoting Artificial Intelligence in Math
Sixth Meeting
Pixel organized and coordinated the sixth meeting of the European project entitled iMath: An Intelligent System to Learn Mathematics, which took place on 13 June 2024 at Instituto Politécnico de Bragança (Portugal). The European project entitled iMath was funded by the European Commission in the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, KA2 - Cooperation Partnerships in Higher Education. The iMath project was written and coordinated by the project applicant and scientific coordinator Instituto Politécnico de Bragança, based in Bragança (Portugal) in cooperation with Pixel, also supporting the coordination of the planning process. The iMath project aims at applying an AI-driven tool to support higher education students in improving their performances in mathematics subjects. During the sixth meeting, the European project partners demonstrated the OptLearn Algorithm installed on the new version of the MathE Portal and presented the organized multiplier events and the target groups' assessment of the project results. In addition, the European project partners discussed about the strategies to guarantee the sustainability of the iMath project results.
