European Project promoting STEM through Game

Fifth Transnational Meeting

Pixel organized the fifth meeting of the European project entitled BIG GAME: Immersive and Multidisciplinary STEM Learning through a Cooperative Story-Driven Game which took place on 16 – 17 April 2024 at Pixel site based in Florence (Italy). The European project entitled THE BIG GAME was funded by the European Commission in the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, Erasmus+ Programme, KA2 - Cooperation Partnerships in School Education. The BIG GAME was written and coordinated by the University of Turku (Finland) in cooperation with Pixel, also supporting the coordination of the planning process. The BIG GAME project aims at promoting interest and excellence in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) through multidisciplinary and problem-solving learning in a form of a serious learning game. During the fifth meeting, the European project partners had an open discussion about the last results collected and defined the activities to be carried out because of the project closure. In addition, European project partners shared views and experiences of those teachers who participated in the BIG GAME competition.
