European Project Management International Seminar

19th edition

The 19^th edition of the in service training international course on “European Project Management” was held in Florence from 8 to 13 October 2018. 16 participants from 6 different countries (Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Germany, and the Netherlands) attended the course in representation of Schools, Universities and Public Authorities. The course aimed to provide participants with the skills to enable them to effectively manage a European project. This includes: management of contractual procedures with the European Commission; organization and planning of a project work; management of the project partnership; creation and delivering of the project reports; management of the financial and administrative issues of the project.
