European Project Management International Seminar

17th edition

The 17^th edition of the iinternational seminar on “European Project Management” was held in Florence from 05 to 10 February 2018. 6 participants from 3 different countries (Malta, Spain and Romania) attended the course in representation of Public Authorities and Higher Education institutions. The course aimed to provide participants with the skills to enable them to effectively manage a European project. This includes: management of contractual procedures with the European Commission; organization and planning of a project work; management of the project partnership; creation and delivering of the project reports; management of the financial and administrative issues of the project.
