Transnational Meeting

Pixel participated in the sixth and final meeting of the European project JCN, Justice Cooperation Network. The meeting was held in Rostock-Warnemünde (Germany) on 2 September 2014. The JCN European project is funded by the European Commission in the framework of the Criminal Justice Programme. The project promoter of the European project JCN is the German Ministry of Justice of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Pixel is the partner in charge of the project transnational management. The objective of the JCN European project is to develop a European network for best practice ‎of ‎‎transition management of prisoners leaving custody with a focus on high risk ‎offenders. During the meeting, project partners wrapped up specific conclusions related to the activities carried out in the framework of the JCN European project.
