European Project Management International Training Course

Ninth Edition

The 9^th edition of the in service training international course on European Project Management is being held in Florence at Pixel site from 31 March to 5 April 2014. The 27 course participants represent Ministries, regional public bodies, Universities and training institutions from Belgium, Finland, Kosovo, Romania,Turkey. The course aims to provide participants with the skills to enable them to effectively manage a European project. This includes: management of contractual procedures with the European Commission; organization and planning of a project work; management of the project partnership; creation and delivering of the project reports; management of the financial and administrative issues of the project.
