European Project on Prevention of Early School Leaving

Kick off meeting

Pixel attended the kick off meeting of the “Stay In” European project that was held in Graz (Austria) on 16-17 January 2014.

The Stay In project is funded by the European Commission in the framework of the Lifelong Learning Programme, Leonardo Da Vinci Sub-Programme, Transfer of Innovation Action. The project promoter is Jugend am Werk Steiermark GmbH.

Pixel is one of the project partners and is in charge of carrying out the project  activities at national level. The Stay In project aims to develop training programme for VET (Vocational Education and Training) teachers on the prevention of early school leaving in initial vocational education and training.

During the kickoff meeting, the project was fully described, the target groups were defined and the project activities were described, discussed and organized.
