European Project Management International Training Course

7th and 8th Edition

The 7^th and 8^th editions of the in service training international course on European Project Management were held in Florence from 4 to 9 November. The course participants represented: three Romanian Ministries (Environment, Transports and Economy), the Bulgarian Ministry of Education,  universities, and public authorities at local level from France, Czech Republic, England and Turkey. The course aims to provide participants with the skills to enable them to effectively manage a European project. This includes: management of contractual procedures with the European Commission; organization and planning of a project work; management of the project partnership; creation and delivering of the project reports; management of the financial and administrative issues of the project.
