The School Safety Net Project

The second transnational meeting of the School Safety Net project was held in Seville, Spain,  on 2-3 October 2013. The project, funded by the European Commission in the framework of the Lifelong Learning Programme – KA4 Dissemination and Exploitation of Results and Exchange of Good Practice, is promoted by Cipat, a consortium of Italian schools, and coordinated by Pixel. The project has the aim to prevent early school leaving through an integrated approach based on the exploitation of best practices developed in previous projects focusing on: Early identification of students at risk, integration of immigrant students, support to students with learning disabilities, prevention of school violence. During the meeting, a selection of training sources on the prevention of early school leaving were presented and discussed.
