The Master Programme, Fifth Module

 The fifth module of the Master in European Project Planning and Management was delivered on 4 and 5 November 2020. It focused on Planning of Project Dissemination, Exploitation and Sustainability. The trainer, Anca Colibaba from the EuroEd, presented three concepts which are intertwined in all work packages of European projects and refer to the way in which the project results are made public and promoted. She also discusses how different stakeholders motivation is being cultivated and encouraged so that the innovative results of the project continue to be exploited and streamlined for their beneficiaries. The activities proposed were structured on the three concepts: dissemination, exploitation and sustainability. For each of these concepts special attention was allocated to planning, budget, evaluation, quality assurance, ensuring impact. Practical activities specially created for experiential learning were organized. Show-casing was used for illustration of DO’s and DON’Ts.
