New Editions of the European Project Planning Course

It is now possible to enroll in the next editions of the European Project Planning Course.

The target groups of the In-Service Training course on European Project Planning are: School teachers and directors; university professors; managers of training organizations; managers of adult education institutions; managers of public bodies.

The European Project Planning in-service training course aims to provide participants with the skills to enable them to:

  • Understand the funding opportunities managed by the European Commission
  • Interpret correctly a call for proposal for funding
  • Develop effective project ideas
  • Collect all necessary documents for the application’s submission
  • Create an appropriate transnational partnership
  • Fill in the Application Form for submitting a Project
  • Planning of Financial Aspects of the application
  • Carry out the procedures necessary for the presentation of the application

The course’s programme is organized in 6 main modules.

The approach used in the European Project Planning in-service training course is highly practical, based on the expertise of the course trainers who have around 20 years experience in European project planning and management.
During the European Project Planning course, a practical simulation is carried out for each topic in focus. The practical simulation is based on the use of the services, databases and documentation made available, on-line, by the European Union.
The objective of the practical activities carried out during the European Project Planning in-service training course is the simulation of the development and presentation of a project.
At the end of the European Project Planning in-service training course, every work group have produced a first draft of a European project including the application form, budget, transnational partnership, administrative requirements, supporting documents etc.

The European Project Planning in service training course is held in English.
The European Project Planning course will be held at Pixel site, in Florence (Italy).
 

The dates of the next editions of the European Project Planning course are:

  • Edition 34: 30 September – 5 October 2013
  • Edition 35: 10–15 February 2014

The European Project Planning course is included in the Grundtvig and Comenius European database. The course code is IT-2013-855-003 for 2013 edition and IT-2014-1036-001 for the 2014 edition
Therefore those who wish to participate in the European Project Planning course, may obtain a Grundtvig / Comenius in service training grant to cover the course fee as well as accommodation and subsistence.
