Planning of Project Dissemination, Exploitation and Sustainability

The seventh module of the Master in European Project Planning and Management was delivered on 13 and 14 November 2023. It focused on project dissemination, exploitation and sustainability. The trainer, Anca Colibaba focused on how planning, budgeting, and ensuring impact for the 3 main concepts of project dissemination, exploitation and sustainability. Examples and best practices were also used by the trainer.
