European Project Management International Training Course

27th edition

The 27^th edition of the in service training international course on “European Project Management” was held from 2 to 7 October 2023. 9 participants from 4 different countries (Bosnia, Kosovo, Slovenia and Sweden) attended the course in representation of municipalities, public bodies, universities and associations.  The course aimed to provide participants with the skills to enable them to effectively manage a European project. This includes: management of contractual procedures with the European Commission; organization and planning of a project work; management of the project partnership; creation and delivering of the project reports; management of the financial and administrative issues of the project.
