European Project promoting Artificial Intelligence in Math

Fourth Meeting

Pixel organized and coordinated the fourth meeting of the European project entitled iMath: An Intelligent System to Learn Mathematics, which took place on 13 June 2023 at Hamburg University of Applied Sciences based in Hamburg (Germany). The European project entitled iMath was funded by the European Commission in the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, KA2 - Cooperation Partnerships in Higher Education. The iMath project was written and coordinated by the project applicant and scientific coordinator Instituto Politécnico de Bragança, based in Bragança (Portugal) in cooperation with Pixel, also supporting the coordination of the planning process. The iMath project aims at applying an AI-driven tool to support higher education students in improving their performances in mathematics subjects. During the fourth meeting, the European project partners analyzed the proposed algorithms, made their proposals for the final OptLearn algorithm, and presented the templates for the creation of the toolkit.
