European Project on Complex System Thinking

Transnational Meeting

Pixel organized and coordinated a transnational meeting of the European project entitled Cosy Thinking – Enhancing higher education on COmplex SYstems Thinking for sustainable development, which was held on 08 June 2023 at Södertörn University based in Stockholm (Sweden). The European project entitled Cosy Thinking was funded by the European Commission in the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, KA2 - Strategic Partnerships for Higher Education. The Cosy Thinking project was written by the project applicant Sodertorns Hogskola, based in Huddinge (Sweden), and the scientific coordinator, University of Perugia, based in Perugia (Italy) in cooperation with Pixel, also supporting the coordination of the planning process. The Cosy Thinking project aims at providing undergraduate students with competences on complex systems thinking and academic lecturers and managerial staff with knowledge, skills and tools for adapting their educational activities with a specific focus on sustainable development by integrating complex systemic thinking. During the meeting, European project partners validated the results achieved, analyzed the proposal related to the guidance document for setting up a joint curriculum, and discussed about the organization of the multiplier events.
