European Project Management International Training Course

25th edition

The 25^th edition of the in service training international course on “European Project Management” was held from 11 to 15 October 2021. Over 40 participants, representing an international organization, were involved. The course, which was completely held online, aimed to provide participants with the skills to enable them to effectively manage a European project. This includes: management of contractual procedures with the European Commission; organization and planning of a project work; management of the project partnership; creation and delivering of the project reports; management of the financial and administrative issues of the project.
