The second Transnational Meeting

Pixel participated in the second meeting of the European project entitled 2IMINED - Improving the Initial Education of Adult Immigrants held on 24-25 May 2017 in Riga (Latvia). The European project entitled 2IMINED was funded by the European Commission in the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, KA2 - Strategic Partnership in the field of Adult Education. The European project has been written and coordinated by University of Klaipedia (Lithuania) and involves Pixel in the transnational partnership. This European project is aimed at improving competencies of educators working with immigrants as far as formal and non-formal education provision is concerned. During the second meeting, the European project partners presented the results of the interviews carried out at national level with both educators, in order to identify their competences to be developed, and migrants, in order to focus on their educative needs. In addition, the European project partners discussed the categories to be developed within the educative e-book addressed to migrants they will produce in the forthcoming months.
