As a project manager who handles projects after their approval, it was very interesting to know how the proposal phase is done, what can we write in the application form, what are the best words and what to have in mind when writing/submitting the proposal. What I liked the best were actually the practical exercises, so that we could practice what we learned. Even though I found the application form exercise difficult for me to do, it was very stimulating.
